Q: How long will it take for you to ship my item?
A: Retail In stock orders received during normal business hours before 12PM Mountain time typically ship same business day. Orders received after 12pm typically will ship within 1-2 business days (usually the next business day). Over 95% of our in stock orders received before 12pm are shipped on the same business day.
Q: What kind of Warranty does this product have?
A: The Heater has a Lifetime Warranty, two year parts and labor on the Unit for the v-tower. The Extreme Q Vaporizer has a 3 year warranty on parts excluding glass and lifetime warranty on the heater. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
Q: If I buy my Extreme Q or V-tower from an unauthorized source (such as ecrater) is my warranty valid?
Q: Are the glass parts covered under the warranty?
A: No, glass parts are not covered.
Q: Will it work on 110/220V?
A: Yes, the power supply works on both 110/220V for worldwide use.
Q: Does the product meet UL, CSA, CE Standards.
A: Yes.
Q: How strong are the Glass Parts.
A: The glass is the very strongest borosilicate glass available. That doesn’t mean you should see how far the glass can fall before it breaks. It IS still glass, and will break if dropped!
Q: Is the Remote Control included?
A: Yes with the Extreme Q Vaporizer the remote is included. The v-tower does not have a remote control..
Q: Can the blue base lights be turned off?
A: Yes, they can be turned on and off using either the remote or the control panel.
Q: Is the battery pack included.
A: The battery pack is an optional accessory that is available for purchase.
Q: Does the outside of the unit get hot.
A: The outside of the unit stays cool; it’s high grade dual wall stainless steel. We recommend that you always using caution when using any parts..
Q: Can I operate the unit without the remote control?
Yes, the control panel on the unit will operate without the remote.
Q: Is there an Auto Shut off Timer?
Yes; you may choose 2 or 4 hour shut off times.
Q: Can I operate the unit with or without the fan?
A: Yes, with the Fan Off, or On – settings 1, 2 or 3.
Q: It’s time to replace my bags (balloons). How do I do it?

Q: Will the display show temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit?
A: Yes, the menu will allow either Celsius or Fahrenheit to be displayed.
