A: Yes, the Extreme-Q has an all-glass air path like the Extreme and V-tower vaporizers.
Q: Are the glass parts covered under the warranty?
A: No, glass parts are not covered.
Q: Is this product a Marijuana Vaporizer?
A: While some states have legalized the use of medical marijuana, it is still against Federal law and we can not support or recommend the use of this product for medical marijuana.
Q: Will it work on 110/220V?
A: Yes, the power supply works on both 110/220V for worldwide use.
Q: Does the product meet UL, CSA, CE Standards?

Q: How strong are the Glass Parts?
A: The glass is the very strongest borosilicate glass available.

A: Yes with the Extreme and Extreme-Q. The v-tower does not have a remote control.

A: Yes, they can be turned on and off using either the remote or the control panel.

A: The battery pack is an optional accessory that is available for purchase.
Q: Does the outside of the unit get hot.
A: The outside of the unit stays cool; it’s high grade dual wall stainless steel. We recommend that you always using caution when using any parts.
Q: Can I operate the unit without the remote control?

Yes, the control panel on the unit will operate without the remote.

Yes; the unit has an auto shut off timer.
Q: Can I operate the unit with or without the fan?
A: Yes, with the Fan Off, or On – settings 1, 2 or 3.
